The Riverland Division of General Practice Inc (RDGP) is located in Berri and is one of approximately 119 Divisions established throughout Australia under the Commonwealth Government GP Strategy Initiative.

The Division has a strong GP membership and enjoys a co-operative and collaborative relationship with other health service providers in the region and supports GP participation in the planning and management of these services.

The Division is active in Medical education through various programs and offers services for diabetes, immunisation, obstetrics, mental health, chronic disease initiatives, aged care, quality use of medicines, asthma, trauma and anaesthetics.

A Medical Clinic and Hospital are located in all of the main Riverland towns, including Barmera, Berri, Loxton, Renmark and Waikerie.
