The surgery is closed on Sundays and public holidays. In cases of emergencies patients are seen immediately. A few times are kept open each day to fit in urgent problems.

Open for pre-booked appointments. The clinic has facilities for people with disabilities.

The clinic has 7 consulting rooms with adjoining examination rooms plus three treatment rooms. It is an accredited RACGP training practice and participates in the Flinders University PRCC program.
